SCEA Bargaining Team
The bargaining team represents the union in negotiations directly with the district. The SCEA team and the District team meet to discuss salary, health, and welfare, as well as two non-economic articles decided by the council. The district also brings two articles of their choice. Once negotiations are concluded, tentative agreements are reached and brought to The Governing Board for approval.
